For the 118th Congressional District shapefiles, all legal boundaries and names are as of January 1, 2020, with the exception of the 118th Congressional Districts and the State Legislative Districts, which are as of January 1, 2023. A special county layer for the state of Connecticut is included with boundaries and names as of January 1, 2022 for reference purposes because the counties in this state have been significantly changed since 2020.

TCPView is a Windows program that will show you detailed listings of allTCP and UDP endpoints on your system, including the local and remoteaddresses and state of TCP connections. On Windows Server 2008, Vista, and XP, TCPView also reports the name of the process that owns theendpoint. TCPView provides a more informative and conveniently presentedsubset of the Netstat program that ships with Windows. The TCPViewdownload includes Tcpvcon, a command-line version with the samefunctionality.
By default, TCPView updates every second, but you can use theOptionsRefresh Rate menu item to change the rate. Endpoints thatchange state from one update to the next are highlighted in yellow;those that are deleted are shown in red, and new endpoints are shown ingreen.
You can close established TCP/IP connections (those labeled with a stateof ESTABLISHED) by selecting FileClose Connections, or byright-clicking on a connection and choosing Close Connections fromthe resulting context menu.
State Line Lookout has its own unnumbered exit from the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Alpine, New Jersey, about 2 miles north of Exit 2. Access to the Lookout is available for pedestrians and cyclists via Old Route 9W, a 1.5 mile section of concrete highway closed to traffic.
Links to pages outside the njpalisades.org domain are provided when we think such pages will be of interest to visitors to the Palisades Interstate Park in New Jersey, but we cannot verify the accuracy of information or be responsible for the quality of content they present.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation's (NJDOT) 2015 Straight Line Diagrams (SLD) is a way to view roadways in a line format. The SLD network presents approximately 12,528 miles of State (Interstate, United States and New Jersey numbered roads), National Highway System (NHS), Surface Transportation Program (STP) and all County routes.
The Straight Line Diagrams are also available as PDF files. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the files, which is available at our state Adobe Access page. The PDF file structure was designed to work while "online" therefore saving these PDF files to a desktop will cause the bookmarked links to each SLD to be broken.
National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) data can be accessed in several ways depending on your needs. To display and query wetlands data in your software application please use our Web Map Services. This will ensure you have the latest data and reduce data management overhead. If you need to conduct GIS analysis please reference the information below to download the data by watershed or by state. For downloads larger than a state, please contact the Wetlands Team to request a custom download.
Please note that NWI data is continuously being improved and new data is added on a biannual basis. Those updates are reflected on the Wetlands Mapper and in the data downloads in October and May of each year. To ensure that you have the most up to date information, please refer to the published date in the metadata, the location of new data on the Projects Mapper and download new data regularly.
Detailed documentation of the Cowardin Classification system can be found on our Wetland Code page. Here you can also download the NWI Code Definitions Table that provides users with the full wetland or deepwater habitat description within their own mapping application.
Wetlands data viewed on the Wetlands Mapper can be downloaded by HUC8 watershed or by State or U.S. Territory in either file Geodatabase or Shapefile (PDF) format. The Wetlands Mapper 'Get Data' button allows data to be downloaded by HUC8 watershed or by State. The State Downloads page allows data to be downloaded by state.
ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) are approximate area representations of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) ZIP Code service areas that the Census Bureau creates to present statistical data for each decennial census. The Census Bureau delineates ZCTA boundaries for the United States, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands once each decade following the decennial census. Data users should not use ZCTAs to identify the official USPS ZIP Code for mail delivery. The USPS makes periodic changes to ZIP Codes to support more efficient mail delivery.

The National Map Download viewer provides an online mapping tool for downloading the NHDPlus HR, NHD and WBD as a shapefile or file geodatabase by Hydrologic Unit (HU), including 4-digit (HU4) or 8-digit (HU8), by state, or nationally.
The NHDPlus HR data includes a vector and raster component for each geographic area produced. NHDPlus HR vector data is available in file geodatabase (GDB) format, zipped (.zip) to reduce the file size. NHDPlus HR raster data files are available for download as zipped (.7z) files. All NHDPlus HR GDB downloads contain a copy of the NHD and WBD datasets used to produce it, plus additional data specific to the NHDPlus HR dataset.
The National Hydrography Dataset is available in shapefile and file geodatabase formats. All NHD downloads contain a copy of the corresponding WBD dataset that is current only to the date the NHD dataset was created. Also, an extract containing only streamgages and dams is available.
The Freight Analysis Framework (FAF), produced through a partnership between Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), integrates data from a variety of sources to create a comprehensive picture of freight movement among states and major metropolitan areas by all modes of transportation. Starting with data from the 2017 Commodity Flow Survey (CFS) and international trade data from the Census Bureau, FAF version 5 (FAF5) incorporates data from agriculture, extraction, utility, construction, service, and other sectors.
These refined dispersion models are listed in the Guideline on Air Quality Models - Appendix W (PDF)(54 pp, 761 K, 01-17-2017) and are required to be used for State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions for existing sources and for New Source Review (NSR) and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) programs. The models in this section include the following:AERMOD Modeling System - A steady-state plume model that incorporates air dispersion based on planetary boundary layer turbulence structure and scaling concepts, including treatment of both surface and elevated sources, and both simple and complex terrain.
The American Meteorological Society/Environmental Protection Agency Regulatory Model Improvement Committee (AERMIC) was formed to introduce state-of-the-art modeling concepts into the EPA's air quality models. Through AERMIC, a modeling system, AERMOD, was introduced that incorporated air dispersion based on planetary boundary layer turbulence structure and scaling concepts, including treatment of both surface and elevated sources, and both simple and complex terrain. As of December 9, 2006, AERMOD is fully promulgated as a replacement to ISC3, in accordance with Appendix W (PDF)(54 pp, 761 K, 01-17-2017).
Offshore and Coastal Dispersion Model Version 5 (OCD) is a straight line Gaussian model developed to determine the impact of offshore emissions from point, area or line sources on the air quality of coastal regions. OCD incorporates overwater plume transport and dispersion as well as changes that occur as the plume crosses the shoreline. Hourly meteorological data are needed from both offshore and onshore locations.

NC State logotype files are font-independent. The prescribed Univers fonts do not need to be loaded on your system, and no license is needed. The PNG files of the NC State brick for Web uses are available in several sizes, from the smallest allowable to the largest. The EPS files have been created as line-art vector files and are the only logos that should ever be used for print because vector files will print cleanly at any size. The JPG logos should only be used for PowerPoint or Microsoft Office documents.
The search box within the Utility Bar can search both your own site and the entire ncsu.edu domain. Search results from the campus directory will also be added at a later date. To search your own site you must create a search engine through Google Custom Search. To hide ads on your custom search engine, follow the steps outlined in this OIT article. You will then need to insert your engine's key in the data-prop-cse-id parameter. If this variable isn't set, the Utility Bar will only perform a global ncsu.edu search. 041b061a72
